What changed,
and why.
This is a short public record of changes that affect how the site should be read. A no-op day is not silently filled with cosmetic changes.
Published a public-by-default portfolio ledger, repository-per-study policy, architecture diagram, and a full validity audit. No existing project was promoted to PUBLIC—REPRODUCIBLE or PUBLIC—DEMO: Public-TLE remains HOLD, the route-aware false-green work remains HOLD with DEMO as a possible future tier, and most small synthetic spikes were placed on HOLD or archived. Human approval is no longer a routine technical gate; evidence, provenance, licensing, privacy, and clean reproduction remain mandatory.
governance correctionTLE audit correction: a later rerun confirmed the recorded arithmetic but also showed that the `.head(16)` subset covers only two NORAD objects. The registry now records the corpus hash and treats the output as exact-row descriptive evidence, while Space-Track redistribution rights remain unresolved.
Rebuilt the homepage and all public routes around field-specific scientific instruments, responsive data visuals, and restrained motion. Scroll choreography now lets each evidence state settle visibly and retains a complete final trace before the next field enters. The redesign preserves the 2026-08-17 fixture hold and does not promote any source note, local check, or held artifact to a higher evidence tier.
Removed the public task counts and local pass statements from the simulations and progress pages after a release-gate review found incomplete immutable provenance, sanitized-artifact review, and explicit approval. The replacement page records a held decision and required evidence conditions. This correction does not establish that the fixture passed or failed, and no model-performance or deployment claim follows.
Replaced a mismatched “optical” reading card after source review found that it concerned AXIS X-ray camera FPGA readout, not optical communications. The paper map now names five sources across LEO/NTN, agent evaluation, and bounded agent × network operations, with author, source type, research role, and explicit non-claims.
The site added fixture inputs, method, and local-check statements. Those fixture-result details were withdrawn by the 2026-08-17 correction because the public-release gate was incomplete; the historical entry is retained for accountability.
Replaced the prior cloud-style favicon with a custom orbital “N” research mark. Browsers may retain the old tab icon until their favicon cache refreshes.
Added dedicated pages for research, papers, simulations, progress, methods, and an identity statement. Replaced stale CloudDrive-centred navigation with Nimbus research navigation.
Private research-log links were removed from the public site. Public pages now point only to public artifacts.
The site now uses the name Nimbus only.
