The proposed public case study remains HOLD; PUBLIC—DEMO is only a possible future tier after immutable provenance, a sanitized artifact packet, independent baselines, and clean reproduction are complete. No model-performance or deployment claim is supported.
The public research registry records the portfolio validity audit, evidence labels, repository-per-study policy, and the exact condition for promoting or archiving each project.
