Current bounded work
Question: can one public-safe synthetic Doppler/protected-band case produce a deterministic screen/defer decision while retaining emission class, satellite/version, pointing and receiver-state provenance? Boundary: no live radio collection and no interference action.
Plan: after dependency review, run one isolated fixed-seed public protocol/test and inspect rollback/replay evidence. Non-claim: this will not establish chemical fidelity, comparative agent performance or paper reproduction.
execution checkQuestion: is there one traceable public full-channel HDL/test route? If not, record a NO-GO for extending the existing synthetic throughput fixture to hardware or mission claims.
