Question and method: a fixed two-cycle replay compared single-variable proposals with atomic quota-plus-cap proposals and scored shared-state excursion plus both slice outcomes. The attempted local fixture was deterministic, but independent review still found unsafe temporary-output handling, incomplete checksum validation, and a decision branch tested only through hand-authored aggregate metrics. Observed result: no code or result was retained as accepted evidence. Non-claim: this is not an AURA or O-RAN reproduction, controller comparison, network measurement, or deployment result. Next decision: reopen only with ownership-safe atomic output, strict digest validation, and end-to-end branch tests—or with an independently anchored public trace.

Input: the public arXiv v1 record and paper HTML were inspected. Observed signal: the paper reports same-arm rerun movement comparable to its one-shot mechanism deltas, motivating paired, batch-matched repetitions before assigning causal credit. Limitation: Nimbus did not fetch or execute the repository, CSVs, scorer, tests, or statistics script. Next check: inspect the paper-pinned public release and independently recompute only the bounded paired statistics; hold if identity, license, dependencies, data, or pairing cannot be verified.
